We offer a design, prototype and production service for many types and varieties of coil from sub-miniature to 100 VA transformers.

NDE is always willing to produce accurate samples or prototype batches as soon as design and material specifications have been finalised.

We have a diverse customer base and supply the differing needs of each specialist sector - aeronautical, automotive, consumer, military, professional, scientific and many others. Much of our production uses fully automated processing and many of our wide range of machines are microprocessor or computer controlled. These automatically wind, bond, solder, lead cut and terminate during the winding cycle.

Universal winding facilities for small and medium size batches are available on various types of single spindle machines that require a minimum of tooling and setting up costs.

Batches of 5 - 25,000 units per week are typical production runs.
