Automotive

The increasing use of electronics in today's sophisticated automotive industry has created substantial new opportunities with European manufacturers:

• We have worked closely with a major international supplier of diesel fuel injectors. NDE's production engineering expertise has helped to develop the coil assembly for ease of manufacture. An automated production cell is now dedicated to the manufacture of these components.
  
  
• We manufacture bonded coil assemblies which are used by an automotive industry Tier 1 supplier as part of ignition immobiliser circuits.

Aeronautical

NDE is experienced in the manufacture of precision wound components for the aerospace and nautical industries. Our knowledge and expertise ensure that each component we produce complies with appropriate safety, environmental and performance requirements.

• Our components are used in the fuel supply system of Rolls Royce RB211 jet engines.
  
  
• Coils manufactured by NDE are incorporated into flight deck joystick controls.

Manufacturing

Many types of coil are supplied to the Scientific equipment and other related industries. With awkward or unusual winding requirements NDE are able to offer delicate and precision manufacturing techniques.
