Quality system
We are approved to ISO9001:2000 and
working towards TS16949. Our Quality System
is applied throughout the business and the
procedures ensure that all processes in design,
production and administration conform to the
required standard.
All products are 100% tested and inspected
before despatch and comprehensive record keeping
ensures traceability.
Equipment
Our production facility benefits from a policy
of continual investment in the latest sophisticated
machinery. We have many multi spindle
automated tag wrapping machines, wire skeining
equipment and automated soldering stations.
Equipment used includes single spindle hand
winding machines, spring winding machine,
toroidal winding machines, automated bond
wire winding, laser printing, ultrasonic welding,
induction soldering stations, injection moulders,
various automated assembly stations, varnish
and encapsulation processes.
Capacity
Production volumes for individual products
typically range from 5 to 25,000 units
per week but we will welcome your enquiry
for any requirement whether large or small.
Specific production cells are utilised 24
hours a day for 6 days per week. Our comprehensive
range of equipment, wide product capabilities
and flexible workforce mean that we will be
able to accommodate your urgent requirements
at either high or low volume.
